Six Sigma helps in bringing improvements in business processes by reducing process variations and delays. It is an approach used in identifying and solving the business problems directly affecting the business or customer through innovative methods. Ideally, it helps in case of unknown problems and complicated solutions.

In today’s world where Digital has become a vital part of our lives, whether it is for doing work at home, ordering food, shopping from home, medical consultation and medicines, entertainment through OTT platforms, payments and money transfers, ticket booking, etc. Digital technologies like Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Blockchain, and Machine Learning are used by businesses to save costs and get more inclined towards processes rather than people.

Six Sigma is vital in the digital era because of this shift from people to digital processes, and it helps in reducing the process variations and defects, thus achieving an error-free outcome.
